This young man in Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes has a history of having worked with another character, Gocteau. Enoe has been searching for Gocteau to be under his guidance once again.

How to Recruit Enoe

Before you can recruit Enoe, you have to have recruited Gocteau and built the Mission Guild in the Town Development Drafting Studio on the first floor of the castle. Once you have that, Enoe will be recruited by speaking to him in Daphan.

Since you're required to build the Mission Guild before you get Enoe, you'll have him prepared as a mission party member. With the Mission Guild you're able to choose recruited party members to join together on missions to bring resources into the castle. He gives increased food acquisition and is S tier foraging, A tier physical strength and charisma, and a B tier in luck.
