Mariette

A true librarian, Mariette is found enjoying a book in a quiet town within Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes when Nowa pulls her back to reality to speak with her. She's soft-spoken and well-versed in literature.

How to Recruit Mariette

In Twinhorne East there is a bench by the water where you'll see a woman reading. When Nowa speaks to her she tells him of a charm she was gifted by a friend but lost in The Greatwood South running from a rabbit archwitch. Explore the Greatwood until you battle a rabbit archwitch with a treasure chest and use the gimmick action to open the treasure chest. Once you have the chest opened, defeat the rest of the enemies and return to Mariette to give her the charm. After you do she will ask to take place in the Alliance as the librarian.
