Ormond

Nowa finds Ormond, a gentle giant character, in the mines of Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes. He offers to be a part of rebuilding the Castle HQ by providing a consistent stream of stone.

How to Recruit Ormond

As you're able to roam the castle, you will go to the first floor and out the door on the North side in the middle. This brings you to a beautiful courtyard where you can take an immediate right to get to a well-looking structure that takes you down to the mines.

Once you're down there, you'll go straight south in. You'll see a save point and across from it, a lantern over a wooden path which you will follow. It doesn't show up on the map as a path so make sure to look out for it.

After the loading screen, head a little way into the mine and you'll see a man with a bag on, this is Ormond. He will tell you that he's willing to help, but he doesn't help just anybody find new mines. You have to find three pieces of ore by scouring the mines for the glowing blue stones to collect them. They also give other materials so you will need to keep track of specifically how much ore you have. Once you've collected three, you check in with him in the same place and he will join the ranks, bringing in a steady supply of stone and finding new mines for your HQ.
