Rody

Rody is a young boy in Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes with an eye for appraisals. He is especially fascinated with watches and with your team's help can provide a magical one with a special ability.

How to Recruit Rody

You can speak to Rody in Dabavin in the center of the city. He can appraise items for you, and there's a separate option, "Can I talk you into joining us," that opens a new dialogue for trying to recruit the boy. He will ask you for a Pearl Pocket Watch, which is an appraised Unknown Pocket Watch you initially get from a chest in the Seaside Cavern. If you've already appraised and sold this, don't worry! You can get another from the Desert Killers in the Great Sandy Sea which opens after you finish Shi'arcs of a Scale.

Once you have one, ask him if you can talk him into joining and he will take the watch and accept the invite.
